GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and growing specialist contract, based in London, who are in the market for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. This opportunity also has excellent career progression for the suitable candidate as it offers a clear path to become the Head of Operations for the Production side of the business.

As a contractor, they specialise in Brick and Block work, Temporary works, Demolition, Soft Strip out, Groundworks, RC works and Steel works packages within the Refurbishment and Cut & Carve sectors in London.

As the Senior Contracts Manager, you must have a good understanding and ability to manage the workforce directly, ensuring a clear and precise programme throughout the projects to complete on time and within budget. You must be able to manage multiple projects at any given time with the ability to delegate the workload whilst also upskilling the team.
