As a main contractor, they work on a range of refurbishment and extension projects in the Industrial, Education and Commercial sectors with values up to £2m. They generally look for projects as close to home as possible.
Salary: £60k-£65k + vehicle
They need an autonomous and accomplished site manager to be the face and representation of the business as they continue to grow.
Requirements for the Site Manager:
- Must have experience working on refurbishment or fit out projects in similar sectors
- Must be willing to travel and stay away if needed
- Experience working for a well-established main contractor
- Experience working as the no.1 Manager
- Highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Trade background is preferential but not essential
