Overview
In this role you will oversee multiple refurbishment projects for a well-established main contractor, ensuring progress from planning to final accounts. You will coordinate site activities, liaise with clients, and report to the Contracts Director. The position offers a realistic, client-facing pathway on healthcare, education, and commercial projects, with a clear impact on project delivery and value up to 5m. You will work in a hands-on environment that values organisation, communication, and teamwork, across several sites.
Pay / Benefits
- Salary: 70K – 80K + package
Responsibilities
- Oversee 3-5 projects concurrently
- Track progress on each site and manage timelines
- Report to Contracts Director
- Plan projects and oversee them through final accounts
- Attend site progress meetings with clients
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Contracts Manager in main contracting
- Experience managing multiple contracts simultaneously
- Excellent people, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid qualifications are ideal
- Degree/HNC in related subject advantageous
