Project Manager required in SW London. GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractor, based in SW London, who undertake high-end Bespoke Retail and Leisure fit out and refurbishment projects primarily in London for high-end Boutique clientele and brands. Due to continuous and positive growth they are in the market for an experienced Project Manager that has a proven background in the high-end retail fit out market. All works are primarily carried out on projects in London, and you will be site based with the associated office visits once or twice a week.

As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day running of a project
  • Cost management
  • Programme management
  • Visiting sites and having the confidence to deal with big clients
  • Manage the teams on the ground
  • Strong leadership to have limited hierarchy with a silent undertone that they do know who’s running the project.

Requirements for the role of Project Manager:

  • Degree Qualification in Construction Management
  • Must have experience working on High-end Retail or Leisure fit out projects
  • Must be based within a radius of SW London to be able to visit the office
  • Experience working for a well-established main contractor
  • Experience working on Fit out and refurbishment projects
  • NVQ Level 6 preferential
  • Certificate/SMSTS
  • Gold/Black CSCS card
  • First aid at work
