GVR Solutions are working with a well-established specialist drylining and facades contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the construction sector. Following a significant period of growth and the recent award of a large volume of external remediation work, they are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Facades Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong external envelope/remediation background to join a growing business and play a key role in delivering a substantial pipeline of projects. Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager: * Manage external remediation projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover. * Take overall responsibility for project programme, budget, quality and delivery. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. * Manage procurement, materials and labour requirements. * Monitor project progress against agreed programmes and budgets. * Lead regular progress meetings with clients, consultants and stakeholders. * Identify and manage project risks, variations and commercial opportunities. * Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with specifications, relevant regulations and quality standards. * Maintain strong relationships with clients and the wider project team. * Ensure robust health, safety and environmental standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. * Provide clear reporting to senior management on project performance. As a Project Manager you should/have be: * Experienced in managing facade/external remediation projects. * Commercially aware with strong financial and contractual understanding. * Confident managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders. * Strong on programme management and project planning. * An excellent communicator with strong client-facing skills. * Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing contractor environment. * Relevant construction qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and/or a relevant construction management qualification would be advantageous.
