Site Manager required in Camberley. GVR Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join one of our longest standing clients. They are a well-established main contractor who undertake structural and refurbishment projects in the education and healthcare sectors. The initial project for the Site Manager will be overseeing a hospital refurbishment project in Surrey. Given this is a live environment, the successful Site Manager will have excellent organisational skills when it comes to timeframes and deadlines.
Project: Fit out, extensions, refurbishment projects on the hospital
Rate: £250pd - £300pd
Duration: On-going
Requirements for the Site Manager:
- Must have experience working on refurbishment or fit out projects in the healthcare and live services sectors
- Experience working for a well-established main contractor
- Experience working as the no.1 manager
- Highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- Temporary works
- Trade background is preferential but not essential
