GVR Solutions are currently working with a well-established interior contractor, who specialise in ceilings, partitions, glazed screens, acoustic treatments, drywall systems, and doors & ironmongery. They are looking to hire an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- Manage daily site operations and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and site documentation
- Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of works
- Coordinate materials, plant, and labour requirements
- Monitor programme progress and provide updates to clients and management
- Manage RFIs, variations, snagging, and project records
- Lead site meetings and maintain accurate daily reporting
Requirements of the Site Manager:
- Valid CSCS Card and First Aid qualification
- Previous Site Management experience within construction
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- IT literate with experience using digital reporting systems
- Ability to manage teams and maintain programme delivery under pressure
