GVR Solutions are currently working with a well-established interior contractor, who specialise in ceilings, partitions, glazed screens, acoustic treatments, drywall systems, and doors & ironmongery. They are looking to hire an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

  • Manage daily site operations and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and site documentation
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of works
  • Coordinate materials, plant, and labour requirements
  • Monitor programme progress and provide updates to clients and management
  • Manage RFIs, variations, snagging, and project records
  • Lead site meetings and maintain accurate daily reporting

Requirements of the Site Manager:

  • Valid CSCS Card and First Aid qualification
  • Previous Site Management experience within construction
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • IT literate with experience using digital reporting systems
  • Ability to manage teams and maintain programme delivery under pressure
