This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of drylining projects to play a key role in securing and delivering high-quality work across London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities of the Estimator:
- Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for drylining and partitioning projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Conducting take-offs and pricing materials, labour, and subcontract packages
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
- Identifying value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
- Supporting bid submissions and tender presentations
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Requirements of the Estimator:
