Site Manager required in Oxford. GVR Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join one of our longest standing clients. They are a well-established main contractor who undertake structural and refurbishment projects in the education and healthcare sectors.
The initial project for the Site Manager will be overseeing a hospital extension scheme which will consist of the groundworks, build and fit out of the extension on a hospital in Oxford.
- Project: £8m Healthcare extension – Consisting of Groundworks, Build & Fit out of a Hospital extension
- Location: Oxford
- Rate: £250pd - £300pd
- Duration: 12 month contract
Requirements for the Site Manager:
- Must have experience working on build, refurbishment or fit out projects in the healthcare and live services sectors
- Experience working for a well-established main contractor
- Experience working as the no.1 Manager
- Highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- Temporary works
- Trade background is preferential but not essential
