GVR Solutions are working with a leading specialist drylining contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the commercial fit-out sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects in live and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- Day-to-day management of site operations on commercial fit-out projects
- Managing drylining, SFS, partitions, ceilings and associated trades
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour and materials
- Maintaining site records, RAMS, and ensuring H&S compliance
- Liaising with main contractors, clients and design teams
The Site Manager must have/be:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within drylining / interiors / fit-out
- Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out projects
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
