With a strong reputation for excellence and a growing portfolio of projects, they are now seeking an experienced MEP Manager to support the successful delivery of their washroom packages.
The MEP Manager will take responsibility for the coordination, management, and delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of washroom installations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that MEP services are fully integrated with the wider fit-out programme, working closely with design, commercial, and site teams from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities of the MEP Manager:- Manage and coordinate all MEP elements of washroom projects from design through to completion
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services
- Oversee installation quality, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and regulations
