Freelance Hands-on Site Manager Required in Ashford. GVR Solutions are currently seeking a Site Manager who is happy to get involved on the tools to join a well established main contractor in Ashford. They are looking for a Site Manager with a trade background to join them on a project where they are constructing two new build classrooms onto the back of an existing school.

- Value: £1m
- Day Rate: £240-£250
The Hands-on Site Manager must have/be:
- A strong trade background
- Experience working on education projects is advantageous
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Site Management
- Ability to oversee day-to-day operations and subcontractors
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Enhanced DBS
