GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established subcontractor based in Essex who are currently recruiting for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their established and dynamic team. Over the past few years, they have become a highly regarded contractor who specialise in Drylining projects across the Commercial and Residential sector.
Responsibilities of an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:
- Preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documents, interim valuations of the construction
- Review project progress and present project data as appropriate
- Sub-contract Tendering
- Cost Control and reporting
- Attend projects meetings
- Procurement
- Final Accounts
- Assist with larger projects
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will:
- Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or Construction Management degree
- Have experience in Facades
- Surveying experience in the construction industry
- Relevant IT Skills
- Excellent oral communication and written skills
