GVR Building Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join an upcoming project at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Floor Layer with strong commercial flooring experience to work within a busy aviation environment. Duties * Carrying out commercial floor laying works * Preparing floors and subfloors prior to installation * Measuring, cutting and fitting flooring accurately * Installing flooring to drawings and project specifications * Completing finishing works to a high standard * Working alongside other trades and site teams * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Following all site and airport Health & Safety procedures Requirements * Proven experience as a Floor Layer * Previous commercial flooring experience * Valid CSCS card * Own tools and PPE * High standard of workmanship * Reliable and professional approach * Able to work effectively within a busy site environment Heathrow Requirements * DBS check will be required * Candidates must be able to provide a 5-year employment history * Previous aviation or airport experience is advantageous, but not essential * Additional airport security and vetting requirements may apply If you are an experienced Floor Layer interested in working at Heathrow Airport, please get in touch with GVR Building Services
