GVR Solutions is currently working alongside a well established main contractor on a high-end residential fit-out project in West Hampstead, who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

- High-end residential development
- 28 luxury apartments
- Fit-out phase commencing within the next 4 weeks
- 14–16 month programme
- Day rate: £300–£350
The Site Manager must have/be:
- Experience on high-end residential projects
- A high level of quality control
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Good communication skills as well as the ability to liaise with the client
- Documentation & reporting skills
