Executive Assistant Required in South East London. GVR Solutions are currently working with an existing client of ours who are a well-structured construction business based in South East London. This particular client is currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to assist both Managing Directors of the business.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant (but not limited to) are:

  • Managing the diaries for both Directors
  • Scheduling meetings and arranging venues for the Directors
  • Putting through the Directors' expenses
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Welcoming guests along with managing and booking meeting rooms
  • Keeping the phone list up to date and issuing as and when required
  • Managing all accreditations by renewal and ensuring it's up to date
  • Internal communication with new starters, staff, events, secured projects etc.

As an Executive Assistant you must have/be:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail in data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
