Contracts Manager required in Hertfordshire/EssexGVR Solutions are currently representing an accomplished business, based in Essex, who are in the market for a Contracts Manager to join their team. The company are a very well-established Main contractor who are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team that work on Healthcare, Education and Commercial refurbishment projects with values up to £3m.
Responsibilities and duties of the Contracts Manager:
Overseeing 3-5 projects at any given time
Be responsible for the progress of each site
Report to the Contracts Director
Involved with planning the projects and overseeing them to final accounts
You will attend site regularly to hold progress meetings with the client
Minimum of 5 years\’ experience working as a Contracts Manager in the main contracting sector
Experience managing multiple contracts at any given time
Excellent people skills
Organised and attentive
Team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to communicate at all levels
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid qualifications are ideal
A degree/HNC in a related subject would be advantageous
Salary: £60K – £75K + package
