Site Manager Required in Central London
GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishment and bespoke construction projects across London. The Site Manager will oversee the delivery of a prestigious high-end residential refurbishment scheme in Central London.
Project Details:
- Location: Central London
- Project: Refurbishment of an existing building to create 7 luxury apartments
- Project Value: £8m
- Programme: 70 weeks
- Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + package
Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the agreed project specification, programme and budget
- Monitor and manage all works to ensure quality of workmanship is of the highest standard
- Work alongside the commercial team to ensure the project is delivered successfully
- Management, control and mitigation of all risks relating to site activities
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
- Maintain strong relationships with the client and consultant team
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are upheld at all times
- Deliver the project to programme and quality expectations
Requirements for the Site Manager:
- Demonstrated track record delivering refurbishment projects
- Experience working on high-end residential projects is advantageous
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Client-facing experience
- A motivated team player
