Our client is a well-established firm working on housing association properties across Essex and London, and they’re looking for a reliable reactive maintenance plumber to join their growing team.
Location: Chelmsford
The Role: As a reactive maintenance plumber, you’ll be responsible for keeping homes running smoothly by:
- Carrying out reactive maintenance and domestic plumbing repairs
- Diagnosing and fixing leaks, taps, toilets, showers and pipework
- Installing water cylinders, water supply pipes and waste fittings
- Delivering excellent service on every customer visit
- Working to the highest health & safety and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2 (6089/6189) in Plumbing or equivalent – certificate required
- Full, manual UK driving licence (6 points max)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
- The right to work in the UK
Please note: This role requires enhanced DBS, DVLA, financial background and right-to-work checks. You’ll also need your own tools.
