Carpentry Foreman required in London GVR Solutions are currently representing a main contractor, based in East London, who have entered the market for a Carpentry Foreman to join their team. The initial project is a Residential new build project in Central London. Location: Central London Projects: Residential New build apartments – The project is 90% complete with the remaining works needed to be snagged and delegated or undertaken to completion. The works will be 50% on the Tools and 50% coordinating trades. Start date: ASAP Duration: 3 months minimum Rate: £230pd – £250pd experience dependant Requirements for the Carpentry Foreman: * SMSTS is preferred but not essential * Must Have your own tools * Experience working on Residential projects in London * Clear communication skills * Experience working as a Carpentry foreman * CSCS is essential * First aid is essential If you are interested in the Carpentry Foreman opportunity above, then please get in touch
