Assistant Contracts Manager required in Bedfordshire. GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and growing main contractor, based in Bedfordshire, who are currently in the market for an Assistant Contracts Manager to join their team. Our client is pushing to the next stage as a business growing from £40m turnover to £50m in the next few years.
As a business, they operate in the Hospitality, Leisure, Healthcare, Commercial and Leisure sectors with project values ranging from £100K - £8m in value providing Refurbishment, Build and Fit out services.
Requirements:
- Previous Construction Management, Project Management experience
- Experience working within similar public sector projects
- Degree qualified or equivalent education in Construction
- Excellent people skills
- Organised and attentive
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to communicate at all levels
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid qualifications are ideal
- A degree/HNC in a related subject would be advantageous
