Joinery Draughtsman required in SE London. GVR Solutions are working with a growing specialist joinery contractor, based in SE London, specialising in high-end commercial, residential and listed building projects. With a reputation for precision craftsmanship and attention to detail, they deliver quality joinery; door sets, furniture, staircases, windows, and restoration services.

You’ll be responsible for producing accurate drawings, detailed joinery plans, and documentation for manufacturing and installation. Working closely with our designers, project managers and factory team, you’ll play a key role in turning design concepts into practical, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed joinery and drawings using AutoCAD (or similar software)
  • Interpret architectural plans and translate them into workshop drawings
  • Liaise with designers, project managers, and the production team to resolve technical issues
  • Ensure drawings meet specifications, timelines, and company quality standards
  • Assist in design development and material selection where required
The Draughtsman must have/be:
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Draughtsman within joinery sector
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (or equivalent CAD software)
