GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end residential developments and bespoke construction projects across London. The Site Manager will join an exciting luxury residential development in North London, working alongside an on-site Project Manager to deliver the project.

Project Details

  • Location: North West London
  • Project: Construction of 2 new build luxury houses
  • Current Stage: First fix (roofs currently being completed)
  • Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + package

Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the day-to-day management of site operations alongside the on-site Project Manager
  • Monitor all works to ensure quality and programme targets are achieved
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures are maintained
  • Maintain site records and project documentation
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants and subcontractors
  • Ensure works are delivered to programme and budget
  • Maintain excellent standards across the site

Requirements For The Site Manager

  • Previous experience delivering high-end residential projects
  • Experience managing projects through internal fit out / first fix stages is advantageous
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work closely with an on-site Project Manager
  • A proactive attitude and attention to detail
