The Role
The practice is looking for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team and help shape the future of the practice.
You’ll work alongside experienced Vetsand a team of experienced RVNs, taking a key role in supporting the clinical team, developing the practice and helping create an environment where vets can thrive.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead and support the existing veterinary team
- Help develop and grow the practice
- Mentor and support junior vets as the team expands
- Encourage clinical development and knowledge sharing
- Work closely with the other Vets and experienced nursing team
- Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
- Influence the future direction of the practice
About You
We’re looking for a confident, experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience working in a small animal practice
- A genuine interest in mentoring and developing others
- Good communication and leadership skills
- A collaborative approach to veterinary care
- The enthusiasm to help a practice continue to grow
Most importantly, you’ll want to be part of a team and have a real say in developing the practice.
