The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.

Must be able to work late night/close shifts. Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:

  • Kitchen experience is great but not essential
  • Is open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
  • ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon
