GUY'S & ST THOMAS FOUNDATION is seeking a Supporter Care Manager to lead the Supporter Services function and drive an ambitious legacy fundraising programme.
You will oversee donor journeys from welcome to stewardship, manage campaigns across channels and ensure the highest standards of service and donor retention.
You will work with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, analyse results, and optimise fundraising income while maintaining exceptional supporter relations and compliance.
