An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Recruitment team, and we are looking for a highly driven and motivated Recruitment Manager to join the HR Workforce department at one of the largest and most prestigious NHS organisations.
Job Overview
Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the operational delivery of a comprehensive central recruitment service in accordance with service level agreements and Trust policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Proficient in ESR and TRAC systems.
- Provide advice and support to hiring managers, applicants, and recruitment colleagues regarding the recruitment process, Trust policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
- Ensure smooth delivery of recruitment campaigns and projects.
- Set standards for exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for applicants and hiring managers.
- Maintain an efficient, reliable, and responsive recruitment service, contributing to the centre of excellence.
- Manage recruitment areas and campaigns for the transactional recruitment team.
- Lead and manage a small team of Recruitment Coordinators and Assistants.
- Support the Senior Recruitment Manager, Resourcing Partners, and Head of Recruitment in reducing vacancy rates and developing the service.
