About the Role
Lead the identification and management of pelvic health needs throughout the perinatal period, providing advanced clinical expertise and leadership to ensure high‑quality, woman‑centred care across antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal pathways.
Day‑to‑day management of the Perinatal Pelvic Health Service at St Thomas’ is required, working collaboratively with colleagues across Lewisham and Greenwich (LGT) and King’s College Hospital (KCH) sites to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to pelvic health care across South East London.
About You
This role is open to experienced Physiotherapists or Midwives with a strong background in pelvic health and perinatal care. Significant experience managing pelvic floor dysfunction and working in an outpatient setting is essential.
Professional registration (HCPC or NMC) and postgraduate training or equivalent experience in pelvic health practice are required. Confidence working autonomously, skill in multidisciplinary collaboration, and a commitment to improving outcomes for women through education, clinical leadership and innovation are essential.
Experience in service development, teaching and supporting staff across disciplines will be highly valued.
