About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic Front of House team members to join our friendly crew. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get involved in all aspects of service — working on the bar, serving in the restaurant, and helping as a food and drink runner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service across the bar and restaurant
- Take and serve food and drink orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests
- Support your teammates to ensure smooth service
- Handle payments and till operations
- Uphold the standards and atmosphere that make the Guy Fawkes Inn so special
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, friendly, and hardworking attitude
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to work well as part of a team and also use initiative when working independently
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided
