We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Guy Carpenter Facultative team in Norwich . This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working three days in our Norwich office and two days from home, with occasional visits to our London office. As an Account Manager/Broker Support, you will support brokers, clients, and markets, fostering strong relationships. You will report to the Broker Support Lead and collaborate with brokers and internal teams across the business. Responsibilities include: Assist brokers with preparing new submissions, ensuring high standards of service. Draft and finalize contracts, endorsements, and evidence of cover, adhering to Guy Carpenter standards. Build and maintain relationships with service teams (invoicing, claims, credit control) within Guy Carpenter UK and globally. Support brokers proactively by coordinating placement activities and meeting quality and process targets. Coordinate with reinsurers, clients, and internal teams to address queries or requests. Manage the complete account process from initial quote to premium payment and endorsements, ensuring seamless service and client satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in account management or broker support. Strong client focus and commitment to quality. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Problem-solving skills. Technical knowledge in contract drafting. Attention to detail and accuracy. Numeracy and analytical skills. Preferred: Experience in Casualty/Financial Lines Facultative Reinsurance or Insurance. End-to-end account management experience. Technical expertise in the field.
