We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and accredited Psychological Lead Therapist to join our Perinatal Mental Health Team. This is a unique opportunity to deliver evidence‑based psychological therapies, including parent‑infant interventions, while helping to shape service development and clinical practice. You will be provided with parent‑infant therapeutic intervention training.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality psychological therapy, including parent‑infant interventions, across a range of settings including homes, clinics, and via telemedicine.
  • Make autonomous clinical decisions and contribute to care planning.
  • Provide consultation and support to colleagues across the team.
  • Assist the Team Manager and Clinical Lead with operational duties and service development.
  • Engage in training to deliver specialist therapies that support perinatal mental health and parent‑infant relationships.
  • Promote a perinatal frame of mind in all aspects of care, enhancing the parent‑infant relationship.
