We are a hospitality search firm specialising predominantly in high-end, unique, private businesses and the high-end Gastro Pub sector. On this occasion we are looking for an inspirational Head Chef with a proven track record for an award-winning iconic gastropub in central London (between Marylebone and Mayfair), one of our clients' flagships.
My client is a well-known and successful, privately owned, quality gastropub group. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Head Chef for one of their flagship sites. The group food lead and premium sites spread around Kent and East Sussex.
A successful candidate would be given complete control of the kitchen to continue its achievements. Freedom to take control and push the boundaries of the kitchen, including menu and suppliers.
Your CV reads extremely well with your background and is a very strong match to requirements. Salary is highly competitive with business-related bonus. Personal and career progression is a key principle of the group. Executive support at the top level. Career progression as the group grows, as is planned and underway.
