We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef with a proven track record of excellence for an iconic private member club in central London.

A successful candidate would:

  • Have at least 2 years experience at a similar level showing career progression
  • Experience in a 5 star hotel or rosette level restaurant
  • Knowledge of classic pastry
  • Experienced the skills of afternoon tea
  • Enjoy working individually as well as in a team
  • Capable of producing at volume when required (for functions)
  • Freedom to take control and push the boundaries
  • All the usual certificates
