We are a hospitality search firm specialising in high-end, unique, private businesses. On this occasion we are looking for a talented Pastry Chef with a proven track record of excellence for an iconic private member club in central London.
A successful candidate would:
- Have at least 2 years experience at a similar level showing career progression
- Experience in a 5 star hotel or rosette level restaurant
- Knowledge of classic pastry
- Experienced the skills of afternoon tea
- Enjoy working individually as well as in a team
- Capable of producing at volume when required (for functions)
- Freedom to take control and push the boundaries
- All the usual certificates
In return:
- 15 month maternity contract
- Monday - Friday
- £39,500 annual salary + tips
- 2 annual bonuses (Summer and Winter)
- Staff meals (snacks available all day in staff room)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent - Even though this is a contract role it is more than likely to turn into a permanent role
