We are looking for an inspirational General Manager with a successful proven track record, who understands the discerning customer for an award-winning iconic gastropub in residential South West London.
My client is a well-known and successful gastropub group with an award-winning site in a prestigious area. The establishment features a high-quality all fresh food European menu, aiming for rosette level with a 60:40 food and drink split, alongside an extensive beer selection and wine list.
A successful candidate would work with the management to continue its achievements, looking to push the boundaries and use customer satisfaction to drive sales. Responsibilities include:
- Freedom to run the business
- Recruit their team
- Select suppliers
- Manage the menus, specials points of sale, drinks lists
- Deliver total customer satisfaction
- Supervise and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment
- Coordinate food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations
- Support in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs effectively
