We are a hospitality search firm specialising predominantly in high-end, unique, private businesses and the high end Gastro Pub sector. We are looking for an inspirational Head Chef for an award winning iconic gastropub in central London (between Marylebone and Mayfair), one of our clients' flagships.
My client is a well known and successful, privately owned, quality gastropub group with excellent sites in central London and affluent residential areas. They are looking for a Head Chef for one of their award winning sites.
The group aims for food lead and premium quality, targeting rosette level / Michelin Bib Gourmand at each site. A successful candidate would be given complete control of the kitchen to continue its achievements, with the freedom to take control and push the boundaries of the kitchen, including menu and suppliers.
Your CV should reflect a strong match to the requirements. Salary is highly competitive with a business related bonus. Personal and career progression is a key principle of the group, with executive support at the top level as the group grows.
