Overview
Domestic Assistant at Guthrie House Care Home, Edinburgh, United Kingdom. Guthrie House provides high quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite and Palliative Care in a warm and welcoming environment.
£12.71 per hour Contracted to 30 hours per week over 4 days, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Flexible shifts: days Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform Provided 5.6 Weeks Annual Leave (Based on a full-time contract)
Responsibilities
- As part of the wider housekeeping team, you will:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout resident bedrooms, communal areas and shared spaces
- Follow daily cleaning routines and infection prevention procedures
- Support laundry services and maintain organized living spaces
- Ensure the home remains safe, hygienic and welcoming at all times
