The role…

Gusto Hair Salon, Oxford Street is looking for a receptionist who wants to go to the next level and help support our growing business. Our receptionist is crucial to our success, as the first point of contact with our clients, both face to face and over the phone.

Some form of management experience in a salon is ideal but not essential. Exceptional customer service is essential. Bustling vivacious vibes is an added bonus!

The role will be to help maintain salon standards, accurately book and record client appointments, greet and look after clients who visit us, ensure salon cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, and maintain stock levels.
