WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the kitchen, pot wash and back-of-house areas at all times
  • Ensure crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned quickly and to the highest standard
  • Keep chefs supplied with clean equipment throughout service to support a smooth kitchen operation
  • Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and storage, ensuring all products are handled safely and correctly
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment throughout every shift
  • Support the wider kitchen brigade wherever needed to help deliver exceptional service
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures with care and consistency
  • Take pride in maintaining equipment and reporting any maintenance concerns promptly
  • Help minimise waste by following correct cleaning and disposal procedures
  • Contribute to a positive kitchen culture built on teamwork, respect and professionalism

  • A willingness to work as part of a supportive, high-performing team
