WHAT YOU WILL DO - Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the kitchen, pot wash and back-of-house areas at all times - Ensure crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned quickly and to the highest standard - Keep chefs supplied with clean equipment throughout service to support a smooth kitchen operation - Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and storage, ensuring all products are handled safely and correctly - Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment throughout every shift - Support the wider kitchen brigade wherever needed to help deliver exceptional service - Follow all food safety, hygiene and health
