WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence and genuine hospitality from the moment they arrive
  • Manage reservations, walk-ins and seating plans to ensure a seamless flow throughout service
  • Recognise returning guests, celebrate special occasions and personalise every arrival wherever possible
  • Escort guests to their table whilst introducing them naturally to the GiGi experience
  • Work closely with the Maître D', servers, bar and kitchen teams to maintain exceptional pacing throughout service
  • Keep guests informed of waiting times with honesty, professionalism and care, ensuring every interaction feels positive
  • Answer telephone and reservation enquiries with confidence, creating an exceptional first impression before guests even arrive
  • Maintain an elegant, welcoming entrance and reception area that reflects the GiGi standard
  • Support the wider front of house team whenever required because exceptional hospitality is always a shared responsibility
  • Ensure every guest leaves feeling genuinely appreciated and excited to return
