From keeping the kitchen spotless to ensuring chefs have everything they need, your work allows the team to perform at their very best. What you will do
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the kitchen, pot wash and back-of-house areas at all times
- Ensure crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned quickly and to the highest standard
- Keep chefs supplied with clean equipment throughout service to support a smooth kitchen operation
- Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and storage, ensuring all products are handled safely and correctly
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment throughout every shift
- Support the wider kitchen brigade wherever needed to help deliver exceptional service
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures with care and consistency
- Take pride in maintaining equipment and reporting any maintenance concerns promptly
- Help minimise waste by following correct cleaning and disposal procedures
- Contribute to a positive kitchen culture built on teamwork, respect and professionalism

Experience
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is helpful but not essential—attitude is everything
