Line Chef – Gusto Italian

We are seeking a driven and passionate Line Chef to join our restaurant team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced, busy kitchen.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas and cooking stations.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Follow recipe specifications, portion control, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage shift workflow and meet service expectations.
