We are now looking for an experienced and practical Site Foreman to join our Construction team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a construction project. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of residential and small commercial sites, coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries while ensuring projects continue to progress safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will lead by example and be prepared to undertake practical site duties where required, alongside supervising the quality, safety and progress of works.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the day-to-day operation of construction sites and keeping works on programme.
- Coordinating site operatives, subcontractors, suppliers, plant and deliveries.
- Monitoring workmanship and ensuring works meet drawings, specifications, building regulations and Gusto standards.
- Carrying out site inspections, quality checks and snagging inspections.
