London School of Business & Finance (LSBF) is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Professional School to lead the growth and performance of our Professional Qualifications division. This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for the School's academic, operational and commercial success. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Vice Rector, you will own the Professional School P&L, drive revenue growth, strengthen accreditation partnerships, and ensure exceptional student outcomes.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the overall performance and growth of the Professional School
- Owning the P&L, budget and financial performance
- Driving enrolment growth in partnership with Marketing and Sales
- Developing new revenue streams, including corporate training and strategic partnerships
- Managing key accreditation relationships, including ACCA and AAT
- Enhancing student satisfaction, retention and pass rates
- Overseeing course quality, curriculum development and digital learning innovation
- Leading and developing academic faculty and matrix teams across the business
What we're looking for:
- Proven leadership experience within professional or higher education
- Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) and degree-level education
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership and budget management experience
- Track record of growing revenue and improving operational performance
- Experience managing accreditation relationships (ACCA experience highly desirable)
- Ability to lead through influence within a matrix organisation
