We are looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive and highly adaptable Deputy Executive Assistant to join our Executive Office, providing support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO & Managing Director. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Executive Office, supporting executive, business and personal requirements with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the Executive Office.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions.
  • Produce and manage confidential executive documentation, presentations and board packs.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas and logistics.
  • Process expenses, invoices and financial administration activities.
  • Support the planning and delivery of internal events, hospitality and executive functions.
  • Conduct research, source suppliers and support executive projects.
  • Provide practical day-to-day support, including meeting room preparation, purchasing supplies and handling urgent requests as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly when plans change.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to the highest standard.
  • A calm, professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Flexible and willing to support a wide range of executive and operational requirements.
