An Office Administrator is needed to join a leading height safety specialist company based in Crawley. This role will be to coordinate, administrate, and communicate with the contracts, recertification, and sales teams.

Founded in 1991, and fully accredited, this competent and experienced company operate primarily in the field of surveying, evaluating, installing, training and recertifying work at height equipment solutions. The company installs systems throughout the UK and is one of the few companies able to provide a complete range of fall protection solutions and services from a single source.

Joining as an Office Administrator you can expect a varied workload which involves actively engaging with clients to schedule works and promptly addressing inquiries via phone and email. Thorough documentation management is crucial, including collating information into contract files and assisting with pre-qualification questionnaires and accreditation documents. In addition to customer-centric duties, the role extends support to other departments and entails coordination of activities to achieve set goals. Administrative responsibilities encompass ordering office supplies and handling general administrative tasks as needed.

To qualify… You could be an Office Administrator /Office Co-Ordinator / Operations Support Co-Ordinator / Client Services Co-Ordinator or similar and a CV that can demonstrate:

  • Numeracy and literacy are essential; therefore, candidates must have a minimum of GCSE or O level qualifications in Maths and English.
  • Good computer skills are an essential requirement, MS Office essential and MS Dynamics desirable.
