Sales Guidelines
- Business Hours are 9am-5pm Monday – Thursday, 9am-4pm Friday although flexibility is encouraged / allowed to ensure targets met and exceeded – flexible working at Directors discretion.
- We believe in hybrid working but would expect at least 1 office day per week.
- Staff to be dressed in professional business attire for anything external as brand ambassadors for Guru Technology. Guru branded polos/shirts provided.
- Office attire – smart, during summer months more comfortable clothing.
- Appointments must be in your calendar, up-to-date and documented on the CRM and ensure your director is aware of your movements.
- Sales track followed – pre & post appointment and throughout opportunity worked.
- Pipeline to be updated on CRM daily & reviewed by management weekly.
- Active social media presence on LinkedIn to display & share in Guru’s success and support the growth of Guru across LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
- The Sales Account Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards within the department and over achievement of KPI standards.
- Delivering on personal performance in line with your KPI’s/Targets.
- Presenting your business on a weekly basis to management.
- Use of reporting to drive team key focuses.
- Management of time to ensure maximum impact/penetration in the role.
- Self-teaching regularly on techniques to improve you in your role.
- Detailed fact finding and notes on appointments logged.
- Diary management and cost reduction in travel costs.
- Achievement of minimum standards.
- CRM kept accurate daily for purpose of feedback/forecasting/reporting.
- Ensure 99% Retention rate across Guru’s accounts.
- Ensure monthly billing margin only ever increases.
- Pitch & sign new prospects to grow the AE existing base of clients.
- Cross sell all products in portfolio.
Salary £30,000 per annum plus OTE
