Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Physiotherapist role located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Clinical Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed physical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting care plans as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, educating patients and families on treatment and prevention strategies, and contributing to clinical quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy and current professional registration (or eligibility for registration) with the relevant physiotherapy council in the United Kingdom.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in assessing and treating musculoskeletal, neurological, and/or cardiopulmonary conditions in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practices, clinical assessment tools, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfort working in a multidisciplinary team, with strong collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, and maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage a varied caseload and meet clinical deadlines.
- Willingness to participate in continuing professional development, training, and potential teaching or mentoring activities.
- Experience working in academic or teaching hospital environments is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in digital health records and standard office software used in clinical settings.
