We’re opening a new brand store in Portsmouth in June 2026 and are looking for a committed Sales Assistant to bring the Henri‑Lloyd experience to life in store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the store management team in the day‑to‑day operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial performance. You will play a key role in representing the Henri‑Lloyd brand and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive store sales and KPI performance and achieve commercial targets on shift
  • Ensure the store reflects the premium Henri‑Lloyd brand standards
  • Assist with visual merchandising and product presentation
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training and development

About you

We are looking for someone who brings both retail experience and a passion for the outdoors or sailing culture. You will ideally have:
